Yes. We provide training opportunities for aspiring AGA’s (SA) through SAICA’s TEA process, as well as development and leadership pathways for SAIPA Accounting Professionals.

Before applying, ensure you have a relevant Accounting or Finance degree, are enrolled in or working toward a professional qualification, and are ready to work in a collaborative, learning-focused environment with exposure to a variety of clients.

Entry-level and trainee roles require a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Senior roles require appropriate qualifications and relevant work experience.

Our clients operate across various industries, including legal, property, financial services, agriculture, and small to medium-sized entities.

We use Xero accounting software, Xero Practice Manager, and Office 365.

We provide practical, hands-on training supported by guided mentorship, formal learning sessions, and continuous development for both trainees and experienced professionals.

Training includes structured on-the-job learning, technical updates, mentorship, and exposure to real client work across accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
